I really don't like laptop design. I might like it better if I had tiny leprechaun hands. Might make replacing the motherboard inside of them less of a headache.

I was going to post something here, but I can't really think of what to say. Just lamenting a bunch of stuff really. I should really get out and do something. Sounds like a plan.

6:42am: Adventure Madness!
Well, let's see. Work is going swimingly. These past couple of weeks has given me a new sense of appreciation for those people who happily work all that extra over-time. Granted coming home to eat than sleep so I can get up early the next day kind of sucks. But at least this is the kind of job I really enjoy. At this rate, my plan to buy a place of my own becomes that much more real. Woo hoo. Other than that, there is more fun related to co-op students. I hope for their sake that they manage to learn at least something from working under me. *thinks* I've really gotten back into the swing of heading down to the local gaming store recently. If only because it gets me out of the place. Otherwise, I've been kind of anti-social recently. Meh. Any who, have a keen day, all of you.

9:08pm: Stuff
So, life has been remarkably good as of late. About a month ago, I'd moved into my new apartment. Now I have a roommate who's pretty darn good, and a place that isn't a total dive. As if that weren't good enough, a few days afterwards, I'd gotten what is the dream job for me. Life is looking good. Now I am expecting some horrid punchline, like "He woke up and realized it was all just a dream." I mean, not *everything* is going perfect for me, but that is to be expected. Ah well, all and all, life is remarkably good.

7:13am: Thanks!
I know it's kind of delayed, but I wanted to thank all of you who'd congratulated me on my recent graduation. I really appreciate the vote of confidence. In other news, well, there is no other news really. Just the same old. It looks like I'll be moving in a couple months. My landlord really hasn't gotten any better. I've also been trying to get into working out again. I know I am the last person who needs to lose weight. Rather my aim is to hopefully add muscle. Caio.

 | You scored as Maximus. After his family was murdered by the evil emperor Commodus, the great Roman general Maximus went into hiding to avoid Commodus's assassins. He became a gladiator, hoping to dominate the colosseum in order to one day get the chance of killing Commodus. Maximus is valiant, courageous, and dedicated. He wants nothing more than the chance to avenge his family, but his temper often gets the better of him.

If you read this, if your eyes are passing over this right now, even if we don't speak often, please post a comment with a memory of you and me. It can be anything you want, either good or bad. I promise not to come after you with a spatula, either way. When you're finished, post this little paragraph on your blog and be surprised (or mortified) about what people remember about you.

6:53am: Gah!
That was without a doubt the worst Monday to date. The highlight being that I discovered that my bike does not stop so good on wet roads, but rather slides down them, with me undernieth. It's a miracle I am not dead nor in the hospital. On the upside, I am glad about that. At I've now got a little project to do over the Winter.

10:13pm: Ironik!
So yeah. Recently, I've been good at avoiding accidents on account of being damn lucky, or general common sense on my part. Today however, the chain was broken. When I enter my apartment building, I must go down a small flight of stairs to reach my apartment, not even two steps down, my ankle twists funny and I take a nasty spill. The irony however comes in the fact that I was spared any bruising or injury to the rest of my body (outside of said ankle) on account of the fact that I was still wearing my riding gear as I came in. So I always knew that stuff would spare me from injury, but I never thought in that context. Weird.

3:44pm: Stuff and things...
First off, Happy Belated Birthday Nat! Hope you had a good one! Otherwise today was kinda crappy. Highlight was being (very loudly) alerted at 4:45 this morning that my video card's cooling fan had died and needed replacing. I hadn't planned on doing any upgrades/replacements for a while, but oh well. So I go to the store, clerk there gives me a fan saying it'll work with my card, I take it home, try to mount it to the card, and lo and behold, a ginormous capacitor on the card says otherwise. So I go back and manage to get them to give me the right one (the guy who sold me the other one had left by then.;)) I also thought I'd grab me a case fan while I was there. Moral of the story; thermal grease is mighty hard to wash off of things.

Well, another Thanksgiving dinner said and done. More family getting married, that's nice. Felt to tired after all that power-eating to go do anything, so I stayed here and watched the game instead. Now if only the Leafs could win a game for me. ;_;

Well, school is great. I'm trying my best to wade through the morass of computer-related information, which seems to have amalgamated into one large mass of zen-like knowledge. My classmates all seem friendly enough, though there is one fellow who does strike me as a bit morally "questionable." Uh... Advent Children looks pretty cool. I am so looking forward to getting my geek claws on that one.;) Oh, and happy birthday Emerald. Hope you have/had a good one! Peace, I am out
